Every booking will be final when we shall receive the fully completed and signed with acceptance of the general conditions of sale. Every contrat which is not complete will be refused. In the case of a cancellation for personal reason, the deposit will not be refundable. It is possible to take out cancellation insurance. The contribution is about 4.5% of your stay To be admissible, the cancellation insurance has to be notified by mail or email in the same time as the booking; this insurance is not working anymore from the 1st day of your location .Such cancellation you will enable you to refunded for any amound paid, exepted the amount of the insurance and the fees for the booking..
Visitor tax : 0,50 € / day from 12 years old
